The Man Wo Sang Company shall only engage the Fock Song, the Lai Yuen and Sew Lung these three shops to prepare their opium for them for sale at Hongkong for exportation and sale in Australia, California
and other
ports and it is
agreed
that the opium of these three shops
shall be sold at one uniform price as customers may select and additional firms shall be allowed to be opened and no discount on the
price shall be allowed to be given privately, and in the sale
of opium one shop's opium
shall
not be allowed to intermix with another shop's nor to be sold at a reduced price.
All the opium boiled or prepared by these three shops for this Company for exportation and sale shall from the set day of
March 1880 be in the
name of
Nan Chun Wai and a member
of the We Se Company until the present
Licenses have expired. In case such License shall be obtained
hereafter, for a further period of three years the same shall be carried on under the same conditions
until its expiration and in the case of tenders being invited for such License the two parties shall conjointly act together to undertake
